The staff have been amazing, they are really involved in your care, they are wanting to see your journey and are supportive and love seeing your improvement throughout your treatment.
Again, the only feedback I would give is, at the start, remember there may have been time between the patient having spoken to the dr (and it would be nice to see the dr) but explaining the treatment clearly would help and having more involvement from the dr explaining what treatment decision they're made and why would be nice (i.e. I've decided to use the coil this way because ..).

I feel safe at Bernewood only one else who I have found funny Mary Venn.
Treated very well with respect and dignity.
Dr Mann very nice, Mann was trusted to 20 go out and come back cut my nail toe nails, Thank you.

Thank you Carol Bull for all what you have done for me and the dedication you have shown to me and caring. Making me feel safe especially at night time when I was very scared and knew that I could come and talk to you about being scared and sore at night. Thank you so much Carol Bull.

My sister stayed in bed for one week on admission. Staff were patient and kind, encouraging her to get up. It worked!!
